Vendor Space

Ver-El RV Park is the largest privately owned vending area in or around Charlotte Motor Speedway. Our vending lots are conveniently located at Concord Pkwy S (Hwy 29) and Sandusky Blvd, just 50 yards from the main entrance of the Charlotte Motor Speedway and 20 yards from the intersection of Bruton Smith Blvd and Concord Pkwy S (Hwy29).

At our facility we offer a mixture of vending sites for corporate and independently owned vendors. All vending sites have paved road frontages that range from 50 to 250 yards from the main entrance and have limited electric and water. This flea market type atmosphere of racing memorabilia, NASCAR apparel, fine foods and carnival games is fun for the whole family.

What You Need to Know about Vending Spaces at Ver-El RV Campground:

Souvenir and Apparel vendors are supplied with 120V electric. This is for the vending trailer or tent only. This rule is strictly enforced.

Food vendors are supplied with 120V, 30A or 240V, 100A electric and water. This is for the vending trailer or tent only. This rule is strictly enforced.

Food Vendors ONLY – You must contact Cabarrus County Health Dept. Three (3) weeks in advance prior to event to be accepted as a vendor for the venue. Contact Mary Barbee – phone number: 704-920-1268.

One (1) storage trailer per unit. It cannot exceed the length of the vending site. Other storage trailers sites are available for an additional charge.

A limited number of RV’s are permitted in the vending lot but cannot exceed the length of the vending sites. Power and water are not provided. Violators will be fined.

RV sites are available for an additional charge in the vendor camping lot that include electric, water and sewer. See our camping section for details.

All vending sites include two (2) auto parking passes. Extra parking passes can be purchased for an additional charge.

All vending lots are well lit and have 24 hour security.

All vending sites include daily garbage pickup. Please refer to rules and regulations for details on trash pickup.
